Gold Top Organics Hemp Seed Oil is cold-pressed from organic hemp seeds, with nothing else in the bottle. It has a nutty, slightly grassy flavour and a deep green colour, and it is a source of omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fats.

Treat it as a finishing oil, not a cooking oil. Drizzle it over salads, steamed vegetables, grain bowls or popcorn, blend it into smoothies and dips, or stir it into a dish once it comes off the heat.
