FLAVOR NOTES
With its pale salmon hue and notes of plum, strawberry and raspberry our blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes is nicely balanced in it’s acidity and perceived as dry (or Secco) for sparkling wines. Château del ISH Sparkling Rosé gives you that classic easy-to-drink rosé experience.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
The grapes are harvested and pressed directly, inoculated with a yeast culture and fermented in steel vats. Following fermentation the wines are gently de-alcoholized in a proprietary vacuum distillation process in order to maintain the distinct properties of the grapes.

HOW TO USE
Our non-alcoholic Sparkling Rosé is perfect as an aperitif and also goes well with fresh salads, sushi, soft cheese or a creamy risotto.

Château del ISH is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling rosé. Based on a de-alcoholized blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes, we gently de-alcoholize our wine at low temperatures to maintain the distinct properties of the grapes in order to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic wine experience for the mindful drinker.
