Organic golden cane sugar from Inari in a 900 g bag. Golden cane sugar is less refined than white sugar, so it keeps a pale gold colour and a light caramel note, but it measures and dissolves like ordinary granulated sugar.
Use it cup for cup in baking, in coffee and tea, or in jams and preserves. It is the everyday sugar for a pantry that leans organic. Keep it in a sealed container in a dry cupboard and it lasts indefinitely.
