Wholesome Organic Raw Cane Turbinado Sugar is a large-crystal raw sugar made in South America from hand-harvested organic sugarcane, grown and processed without chemical pesticides or herbicides. The cane is crushed, the juice pressed out and evaporated, then spun in a turbine, which is where the name comes from. Each sparkling golden crystal keeps a little natural molasses for a fuller flavour than white sugar.

It is Fair Trade Certified, with premiums going directly to the farming communities. Use it in coffee and tea, in baking, or sprinkled over muffins and fruit crumbles for a crunchy top. Store it sealed in a dry cupboard.
