Organic Cane Sugar Bulk

Organic cane sugar is a light golden sugar pressed from organically grown sugar cane and less processed than white sugar, so a little of the cane's natural flavour comes through. The crystals are slightly larger than white sugar. It is sold by weight from our bulk section, so you can refill your own jar.

Use it cup for cup in place of white sugar in baking, coffee and tea, jams and preserves. It creams into butter for cookies and cakes, and dissolves fine in hot drinks. Store it in a sealed container in a dry cupboard and it keeps more or less indefinitely.

Tootsi’s organic cane sugar is evaporated juice extracted from sugar canes. Cane Sugar is grainy, similarly to refined sugar, but is different as it has a richer, molasses-like flavor. Cane sugar can easily replace refined sugar in any recipe.
