HP Juniper Single Malt Whisky Non-Alcoholic Spirit, 750 mL

HP Single Malt is a non-alcoholic whisky alternative from HP Juniper, made by distillation rather than by blending flavours into water. HP says it is the only distilled non-alcoholic spirit made in Canada. It uses malt from Scotland and comes in a 750 mL bottle.

The taste is savoury and smoky, with caramel colour and natural flavours rounding it out. It is best mixed: pour it over ice with ginger ale or cola, or use it anywhere a recipe calls for whisky. Note that it contains 0.5 percent alcohol, so it is low-alcohol rather than entirely alcohol-free.
