A ready-to-drink Paloma with no alcohol in it. HP Juniper builds this one on their HP Agave, a non-alcoholic take on tequila, and real grapefruit juice, with lime and a gentle sparkle. It is made in Québec, and it is 0.0% alcohol, so it works for the designated driver and anyone who simply wants a proper grown-up drink without the alcohol.
Serve it well chilled, straight up or over ice with a wedge of grapefruit and a salted rim if you are feeling fancy. It is lightly sweet and bitter in the way a good Paloma should be.
