Herbaland's Sweet Dreams Gummies are a vegan, sugar-free sleep formula. Each gummy combines 1.5 mg of melatonin, which helps you fall asleep faster and helps reduce the effects of jet lag, with 100 mg of L-theanine to promote relaxation, lemon balm extract to help relieve restlessness, and vitamin B6.

They are sweetened with maltitol and organic stevia, coloured with anthocyanins and set with pectin rather than gelatin. Take them at or before bedtime as directed on the label, and keep the bottle in a cool, dry spot away from sunlight.
