About this product
Hakubaku's Organic Udon are thick, authentic Japanese-style wheat noodles made from just organic wheat flour and water, with no salt added. They cook in four minutes to a soft, chewy noodle. Certified organic and certified kosher.
Udon is the noodle for a comforting bowl of broth: simmer it in dashi or miso soup with tofu, green onion and mushrooms, or serve it cold with a dipping sauce in summer. It also holds up well in a stir fry with vegetables and a splash of soy sauce. Keep the pack in the pantry.
