Hakubaku's Organic Somen are thin, authentic Japanese-style wheat noodles made from just organic wheat flour and water, with no salt added. Because they are so fine they cook in two minutes, which makes them the fastest noodle in the cupboard. Certified organic and certified kosher.

Somen is traditionally eaten cold in summer: boil, rinse well under cold water and serve with a light dipping sauce, grated ginger and green onion. In cooler months, drop the cooked noodles into a hot broth. They also work in a cold noodle salad. Keep the pack in the pantry.
