Hakubaku's Organic Ramen are authentic Japanese-style wheat noodles made from organic wheat flour, water, salt and mineral salts, the alkaline salts that give ramen its springy chew and pale yellow colour. They cook in four minutes. Certified organic and certified kosher.

Use them in a bowl of ramen with your own broth, a soft egg and whatever vegetables are in the fridge, or drain them and toss them straight into a stir fry, which is what Hakubaku suggests. They hold their bite better than instant noodles and have none of the flavour packet. Keep the pack in the pantry.
