Greenhouse Fiery Ginger Wellness Shot, 60 mL

Greenhouse's Fiery Ginger shot is a 60 mL bottle of fresh and fermented ginger, orange, lemon and turmeric, with citrus fibre, a little black pepper extract and oregano extract. Most of the ingredients are organic. It is fiery in the honest sense: the ginger hits first and the turmeric and pepper linger.

Knock it back in one go, or dilute it in a glass of water or sparkling water if you want the ginger without the burn. It is small enough to keep in a bag for the road. The shots are shelf-stable, but they keep best in the fridge once you get them home. A bottle deposit applies.

Though I be but little, I am fierce.

Not feeling so hot? I’ll light a fire under your immune system!

My base is a feisty combination of ginger and turmeric—two sporting friends to call upon when sniffles season arrives. (You’ll notice a peppy pal in the mix: When taken together, black pepper has been shown to enhance the bioavailability of curcumin, the active component in turmeric.)

Ginger and Fermented Ginger*, Orange*, Ginger Tea*, Lemon*, Turmeric*, Citrus Fibre, Black Pepper Extract, Oregano Extract. *Organic ingredient.
