Green Organic Shelled Soybeans (Edamame), 500 g

Green Organic Edamame is a 500 g bag of organic shelled soybeans, frozen. Shelled edamame skips the pod-popping, so you get straight to the beans, which are firm, a little sweet and a source of plant protein for salads and bowls.

Boil or steam them for a few minutes from frozen, then salt them and eat them warm, or cool them and toss into grain salads, fried rice, soups and stir-fries. They also blend into a quick green dip with lemon and olive oil. Keep the bag sealed in the freezer.
