Galerie au Chocolat's Fair Trade Artisan Milk Chocolate Gingerbread is a milk chocolate bar moulded in the shape of a gingerbread man. It is plain milk chocolate, not gingerbread-flavoured: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soy lecithin and natural vanilla, made with fair trade cocoa.

At 80 g it is a proper bar, sized for a stocking, a teacher gift or a place setting at a holiday table. Kids like the shape, and adults like that the chocolate is good enough to eat on its own. Store it somewhere cool and dry, away from strong smells. May contain tree nuts.
