Flow Alkaline Spring Water, 500 mL

Flow Alkaline Spring Water comes from a family-owned artesian spring in Bruce County, Ontario. The water filters through limestone on its way to the aquifer, picking up naturally occurring minerals such as calcium carbonate, which is what gives it a naturally alkaline pH of 8.1 and a clean, soft taste. Nothing is added.

It is packed in a Tetra Pak carton rather than a plastic bottle: the pack is mostly paperboard, is fully recyclable and has a cap made from sugarcane-based plastic. The 500 mL size fits a lunch bag or a cup holder, and it is a good one to grab at the till for the walk home.
