Flora Udo's Oil Omega 3+6+9 Blend, 250 mL

Udo's Oil Omega 3+6+9 Blend is Flora's plant-based foundation oil, made from organic, unrefined seed oils. It is designed to provide a 2-to-1 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 essential fatty acids, the fats the body needs but cannot make on its own. Flaxseed, sunflower, sesame and coconut oils lead the blend, with evening primrose, rice bran and oat bran oils behind them.

It is an oil for the table, not the stove. Drizzle it over salads, stir it into yogurt or oatmeal, blend it into a smoothie or add it to soup after cooking. It comes in a glass bottle and lives in the fridge from the moment you bring it home.
