Elmhurst Unsweetened Cashew Milk has two ingredients: filtered water and cashews. There are no added gums, emulsifiers, carrageenan or artificial flavours, and no sugar. Elmhurst uses its patented HydroRelease method to get the whole nut into the carton, which gives a creamy, plain milk that tastes of cashews and not much else.

Pour it over cereal, froth it for coffee, or use it in cooking and baking anywhere you would use dairy milk. It is shelf-stable, so keep a spare in the cupboard; once opened, refrigerate and use within 7 to 10 days. Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified and kosher.
