Butter beans are small, white, disc-shaped beans, also called baby lima beans, with a smooth, buttery flavour. Eden grows them organically on family farms in the USA, soaks them overnight and cooks them through at its certified organic, kosher cannery with no chemical additives.

Warm them as a side dish, stir them into soups, use them as a creamy base for stews, dips and spreads, add them to salads, or mash them. Combined with sweet corn they make classic succotash.

They are great as a side dish and in soups, as a creamy base for stews, dips and spreads, in salads, or mashed. Combined with sweet corn they make succotash, famous with sweet corn.
