About this product
Earth Mama Herbal Perineal Spray is a herbal mist made for the weeks after giving birth. It comes in a 118 mL (4 oz) spray bottle, and it is one of the items that tends to end up on postpartum gift lists and in hospital bags.
Spray it as needed after birth, following the directions on the bottle. The spray format means no rubbing and no hands where hands do not want to be. Keep it in the bathroom or the diaper bag so it is close by when you need it.
