Drizzle Golden Raw Honey, 375 g

Drizzle Golden is a rich, bold raw honey in a 375 g jar. Raw means it has not been heated or filtered the way most commercial honey is, so it keeps its fuller flavour and thicker texture. Golden is the more robust of Drizzle's two plain honeys.

Its strength makes it a good match for other strong flavours: drizzle it over aged cheese, stir it into a cup of dark coffee, whisk it into a hot sauce or glaze, or spoon it onto toast with a pinch of salt. Store it at room temperature with the lid on. Raw honey may crystallise over time, which is normal; set the jar in warm water to loosen it.
