Drizzle Berry Bliss is raw honey blended with dried wild blueberries, schisandra, goji, acai and blueberry extract, with beet for colour. The result is a deep purple honey with a lush, fruity flavour that tastes like summer berries, in a 350 g jar.

Drizzle it over pancakes, waffles or a bowl of yogurt, blend it into a vinaigrette for a summer salad, swirl it into oatmeal, or simply have a spoonful with your morning tea. Keep the jar at room temperature with the lid on. Raw honey can crystallise over time, and a warm water bath loosens it again.
