Frozen Diced Butternut Squash, 500 g

A 500 g bag of diced butternut squash from our frozen organic fruit and vegetable freezer. The squash is peeled, cubed and frozen, which saves you the hardest part of cooking a butternut squash.

Roast the cubes from frozen with oil and a pinch of salt, simmer them into a soup, add them to a curry or stew, or mash them as a side. They need no thawing. Keep the bag sealed in the freezer and use what you need.
