Green Organic Organic Asparagus, 300 g

Green Organic frozen organic asparagus gives you asparagus well outside its short spring season. It is organic, frozen soon after harvest, and the 300 g bag holds enough for a side for three or four.

Cook it straight from frozen: roast it on a hot sheet pan with olive oil and salt, steam it for a few minutes, or drop it into a risotto, stir-fry or frittata near the end. Keep the bag sealed in the freezer and use it within a few months for the best texture.
