Magnesium Glycinate Complex (formerly Magnesium Glycinate Chelate) is Designs for Health's everyday magnesium capsule. Each vegetable capsule provides 150 mg of elemental magnesium as TRAACS magnesium bisglycinate chelate, buffered with a little magnesium oxide. Bisglycinate is one of the best-absorbed forms, and because each magnesium ion is held stably between two glycine molecules, it is unlikely to cause the loose stools that other magnesium forms can.
