About this product

FemGuard + Balance is Designs for Health's formula for female hormone balance. Chaste tree (vitex) and black cohosh lead it, with diindolylmethane (DIM) and chrysin to help promote normal estrogen metabolism and calcium-D-glucarate to help the body clear excess estrogens. Broccoli seed extract provides sulforaphane glucosinolate, and green tea EGCG, trans-resveratrol, turmeric, rosemary and grape seed are there for antioxidant support.

Vitamins B6, B12 and folate, plus magnesium and calcium, round it out for bone and hormone health. It comes as 120 vegetable capsules, and directions are in the how-to-use section.

How to use
