About this product

Electrolyte Synergy from Designs for Health is a sugar-free electrolyte powder for topping up after a sweaty workout, a hot day or any other fluid loss. Each scoop provides the main electrolytes the body runs on, potassium, sodium, chloride and magnesium, plus vitamin C, D-ribose, taurine, citrus bioflavonoids, quercetin and rutin.

It has a natural lemon-orange flavour and gets its sweetness from a small amount of organic stevia. Mix a scoop into water or a sports bottle, or freeze it with water for electrolyte popsicles. The 240 g tub is about 30 scoops. Directions are in the how-to-use section.

This product also contains D-ribose because of its importance in healthy cardiac function, exercise recovery and energy production, while taurine is included as a regulator of cellular electrolyte flow. This product has a delicious natural lemon-orange flavour, is sugar-free, and gets its sweetness from a small amount of the natural herb stevia.

How to use
Adults: Mix 1 scoop in 10-12 ounces of water per day, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take in 2 to 3 divided doses with food. Mix into any beverage, sports bottle, or mix with water and place in ice racks to make into popsicles.
