Crofter's Organic Apricot Just Fruit Spread is a jar that is nearly all fruit: organic apricots sweetened with organic white grape juice concentrate instead of cane sugar. It is smooth with a few soft chunks, neither too tart nor too sweet, and tastes plainly of apricot. Crofter's chooses Igdir apricots for it, and the result has less sugar than a traditional jam.
