Chef Woo's Black Garlic Beef ramen is a plant-based instant noodle cup with a broth built on black garlic: deep, savoury and a little sweet. The noodles are organic, made with unbleached wheat flour and pea protein, and each cup gives you 20 g of plant-based protein. The beef flavour is plant-derived, so there is no meat in it.

Add boiling water, wait a few minutes and eat from the cup. Dried bok choy, onion and bell pepper come in the seasoning. It contains wheat and soy.
