About this product
Certified organic yellow onions, loose, sold by weight. Sharp when raw, they turn sweet and mellow as they cook down. Choose the weight you want and we pack them from the onions we sell in store.
Keep them in a cool, dry, dark spot with some airflow, not the fridge, and they will last for weeks. Dice them into soups and sauces, caramelise them slowly for burgers and tarts, or roast wedges with a little oil.
