Certified organic sugar snap peas, sold loose so you take exactly as many as you need. The pods are plump, crisp and sweet, and you eat the whole thing once you snap off the stem end and pull away the string.

Keep them in a bag in the crisper and use them within a few days while they still snap. Eat them raw with hummus, drop them into a stir-fry for the last minute of cooking, or blanch briefly and toss with butter and salt. Priced per unit as shown.
