Certified organic red pepper, priced per unit as listed. The sweetest of the bell peppers, crisp when raw and soft and smoky when roasted.

Keep it in the fridge crisper and use it within a week or so. Slice it for dip and salads, roast it until the skin blisters, dice it into stir-fries, chili and fajitas, or stuff and bake it.
