Certified organic orange pepper, priced per unit as listed. Sweet, crisp and mild, with a flavour close to a red pepper and a colour that brightens a plate.

Store it in the fridge crisper and use it within a week or so. Slice it raw for dip and salads, roast or grill it until soft, dice it into stir-fries and fajitas, or stuff it and bake.
