About this product
A 1.5 lb (680 g) bag of certified organic fingerling potatoes, small, slender potatoes with thin skins and a firm, waxy, buttery flesh.
Store them in a cool, dark, dry place, not the fridge. Leave the skins on and roast them whole or halved with olive oil and herbs, boil them for potato salad or pan-fry them until crisp. Priced per bag.
