Certified organic sweet corn, sold by the cob. Sweet corn is at its best when it is fresh, because the sugars start turning to starch the moment it is picked, so plan to eat it within a day or two.

Leave the husk on and keep the cobs in the fridge until you are ready. Boil for a few minutes, grill in the husk, or cut the kernels off raw for a salad or salsa. Butter, salt and a squeeze of lime are all it really needs. Priced per cob.
