Steak & Chop is a savoury, herb-forward rub of sea salt, garlic, black pepper, onion, thyme, tarragon and bay leaf. It is less peppery than a Montreal-style spice and leans on the herbs instead. Kosher certified.

Rub it onto steaks, pork chops, lamb and roast chicken before cooking, or use it to season pan-fried mushrooms and roasted root vegetables. It is sold from the bulk section by weight, so you can take just a spoonful for one dinner. Keep it in a sealed jar in a cool cupboard.
