About this product
Bragg Liquid Soy Seasoning is a savoury liquid seasoning made from just two ingredients, soybean vegetable protein and purified water. It is Bragg's alternative to soy sauce: not fermented, with no preservatives, no alcohol and no wheat, so it is gluten free. This is the larger 946 mL bottle for kitchens that go through it.
Use it wherever you would use soy sauce or tamari. Splash it into stir-fries, marinades, salad dressings, soups and rice bowls, or drizzle it over steamed vegetables and popcorn. It has a rich, salty, umami flavour, so start with a little and taste as you go.
