Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour is a ready-made blend of garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sorghum flour and fava bean flour. It is made without xanthan gum or guar gum, so you add the binder your recipe calls for and keep control of the texture.

Use it for breads, muffins, pancakes, cookies and pie crusts, or to thicken a sauce. Because it contains bean flours it has a slightly heartier flavour than rice-based blends, which works well in savoury baking. Store it sealed in a cool, dry place, or in the freezer for longer keeping.
