Anita's Organic Mill Quick Oats are organic rolled oats cut thinner than regular flakes, so they cook in a few minutes on the stove or in the microwave. The flavour is the same mild, comforting oat taste; the difference is texture, softer and smoother than large flake, which is what many people want in a weekday bowl of oatmeal.
