Wholesome Organic Light Brown Sugar is a soft, moist, fine-grained brown sugar made from freshly pressed organic cane. It has the warm caramel flavour you expect from brown sugar and swaps one-for-one for conventional light brown sugar in any recipe. It is Fair Trade Certified, which means the farmers' cooperatives are paid directly for the cane they grow and mill.

Bake it into cookies, cakes and pies, or use it where a little caramel note helps: glazed carrots, oatmeal, baked beans, a rib rub or a spoonful in coffee. Keep the bag sealed tight, or move it to an airtight container, so it stays soft.
