Uncle Lee's Legends of China Jasmine is a non-fermented green tea scented with jasmine flowers. The young leaves are washed, steamed, rolled and dried to keep their delicate flavour, and jasmine blossoms are added during processing for that soft, floral aroma. The result is a light, fragrant cup; brew it with water just off the boil for the gentlest flavour.

This box holds 100 tea bags, which makes it an easy everyday tea for the pot at work or at home. Brew it hot, or steep a few bags and chill for iced tea in summer. Low in caffeine, and kosher.
