A naturally cultivated spelt sour starter gives them a delicate, natural tang, in the spirit of a freshly baked sourdough crust, and extra virgin olive oil keeps the texture light and crisp.

They were designed for soft cheeses: brie, camembert, fresh goat cheese or a ripe washed-rind. They are also good on their own with a bowl of soup. Reseal the box after opening to keep them crisp.
