Thin, crisp crackers from The Fine Cheese Co., made with wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil and flavoured with tomato and dried crushed chilli. The chilli is there for a little kick, not a burn. The whole point of these crackers is to be intentionally subtle so they never overwhelm the cheese.

The maker suggests them with English Cheddar or any strong cheese, and they hold up well to chutney or a slice of cured meat too. Keep the box sealed once opened so they stay crisp.
