Sundhed Iodized Sea Salt Fine, 120 g

A fine-grain sea salt with added iodine from Sundhed, in a small 120 g size. Iodized salt is the ordinary table salt most people grew up with; this is a sea salt version of it, fine enough for a shaker.

Use it wherever you would use table salt: at the table, in baking where you need precise measures, or for salting water and everyday cooking. Keep it in a dry cupboard with the lid closed, since fine salt clumps quickly in a humid kitchen.
