Sundhed's fine-grain Himalayan salt is a pink rock salt ground fine enough to use straight from a shaker or measured into a recipe. Himalayan salt gets its blush colour from trace minerals in the rock, and it has a clean, mild saltiness.

This 250 g pouch is an everyday cooking and table salt. Use it for seasoning while you cook, salting pasta water, baking or finishing a salad. Because it is fine, it dissolves quickly. Keep it sealed and dry; salt keeps indefinitely but clumps if it takes on moisture.
