Stonewall Kitchen's gluten-free brownie mix makes a rich, chocolaty, chewy brownie that does not read as gluten-free. It is built on rice flour, potato starch and cornstarch with cocoa, real chocolate chips and a scattering of coffee sprinkles that deepen the chocolate flavour.

One box makes an 8-inch square pan. You add the wet ingredients listed on the box, bake, and cut into squares once cooled. Good for a bake sale where you need something everyone can eat, or just a Sunday pan of brownies.
