St. Francis Herb Farm's Fenugreek is a liquid herbal tincture made from fenugreek seed, extracted in distilled water and certified organic alcohol. Fenugreek has been used from earliest times by breastfeeding mothers, and this tincture is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help promote milk production in nursing mothers.

Fenugreek seed is also a nutritive tonic, rich in saponins and a type of fibre called mucilage. As a tincture it is taken in a little water, which many mothers find easier than swallowing several capsules a day. Keep the bottle at room temperature, away from light.

How to use
