Sea salt from South Shore Sea Salt, made in Atlantic Canada from seawater. Nothing is added: it is just sea salt, with a clean, briny taste that is a step up from the shaker.
Treat it as a finishing salt. Pinch it over sliced tomatoes, grilled fish, roasted vegetables, a steak off the barbecue or even chocolate chip cookies just before serving. The 25 g size is a good way to try it, and it tucks nicely into a gift basket. Keep it dry and sealed.

From South Shore Sea Salt
Sea salt evaporated from St. Margaret's Bay.
South Shore Sea Salt was started in 2018 by Rebecca Wilson and is now run by Marsha and Andrew Wilson, a mother-and-son team in Hubbards. The salt is evaporated from the water of St. Margaret's Bay and sold plain or flavoured as a finishing salt, in packaging that avoids plastic.
