About this product

Saltique Baja Sea Salt is an unrefined sea salt harvested from the Pacific along Mexico's Baja California Peninsula, made by traditional methods so it keeps its natural trace minerals. This is the coarse grind, with larger crystals that give you a crunch and a burst of flavour where they land.

Keep it by the stove for finishing: over grilled meat and fish, roasted vegetables, sliced tomatoes, a salad, or the rim of a glass. It also works in a salt grinder or dissolved into a brine. Store it in a dry cupboard with the lid on; sea salt draws moisture from the air and can clump if left open. One ingredient, nothing added.
