Sobrii 0-Gin Non-Alcoholic Spirit, 750 mL

Sobrii 0-Gin is a non-alcoholic spirit made to stand in for gin. It is distilled with a traditional blend of botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, allspice and star anise, then rounded out with Canadian ginseng grown in Ontario for a flavour that is distinctly its own. The result is dry, aromatic and juniper-forward, with none of the alcohol.

Use it exactly as you would gin: over ice with tonic and a wedge of lime, in a martini, or in any cocktail recipe that calls for it. A 750 mL bottle makes a lot of drinks. If you would rather skip the mixing, Sobrii's ready-to-drink Zero G&T is made with the same 0-Gin.

Aromas of juniper, pine, and ginseng come off the top. Flavours of bright acidity, pine, herbal bitterness and a slight bite from the coriander. The star anise and allspice round out the experience with the ginseng. Good mouthfeel that stands up to their alcoholic counterparts, and lingers in the finish.

Sobrii 0-Gin finishes clean with lasting acidity, and signature dryness one would expect from a London Dry style of gin.
