San-J 50% Less Sodium Tamari, 296 mL

This is San-J's reduced-sodium tamari in the smaller 296 mL bottle. It is brewed from whole soybeans with no wheat, so it is gluten-free and has a rounder, more complex flavour than a typical soy sauce, with about half the sodium of San-J's regular tamari.

Keep it by the stove for seasoning soups, marinades and grain bowls, or on the table as a dipping sauce for sushi and dumplings. Because it is less salty, you can be a little more generous with it. Refrigerate after opening.
